Did the Power light on the front of your CloudStor start flashing blue?
Yes, the Power light is flashing blue - Wait until it is solid blue (about 5 minutes) to make sure that your CloudStor has had a chance to finish starting up. Once the Power light on the front of your CloudStor is solid blue, click on Next.
No, I do not see any light flashing - Please check that your CloudStor is connected to a power source.
